Don’t Go it Alone.

Launching a new idea? It pays to collaborate with people inside and outside your organisation.

Last Friday, the fabulous Christine O ‘Driscoll from Lets Get Chalking came in to draw an illustration on the blackboard at Insightful’s offices.

Christine’s work brought to life Insightful’s new programme – Double Your Sales (DYS).

The programme bakes in all of Insightful’s skills into a 12-month timeline. At the end of the which, sales are doubled – ta-dah!

I’m not here to sell DYS. I’m here to describe how it was designed and developed by a diverse group of people. Perhaps you’re developing a new idea(?) I hope this might help.

As you can see, Christine’s chalkboard illustration is neat and beautiful. But the journey of how the programme came to be is anything but.

Where did the idea come from?

It was ‘borrowed’.

The idea started life in the spring of 2019 during a conversation with Matt Desmier, Lee Hill and me.

We talked about how accelerator programmes worked. We asked: ‘Is that a model we could steal?’.
